I’m just not a big fan of the look. The designs feel a little too busy to me, and, I don’t know, they kind of come across as cheap-looking. It’s just not really my style

It’s a cute item, and I really wanted to love it, but the color was—it just looked way different from the photos. Not terrible, just not what I thought I was getting.

It looked super cute at first, but it didn’t hold up at all. After just a few uses it started cracking, which was a huge bummer. For the price, I expected way better tbh.

I ordered expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping took way longer than it should have. The tracking barely updated, so for a while I had no clue where my package even was. The items are cute, but customers deserve basic communication when they’ve paid for something. Waiting that long with almost no updates was frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless the shipping improves.

I tried to do an exchange and couldn’t get a real response from them. It just kind of went nowhere, which was super frustrating. After dealing with that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I don’t understand how this is okay. Food gets stuck in every little part, and cleaning it takes way longer than it should. It’s so annoying to deal with after every use.

I really wanted this bib to work, but it got wet quickly and my baby’s clothes still ended up soaked underneath. Maybe I’m using it wrong, but I’m curious if other parents had the same experience because it just didn’t seem absorbent enough for us.

I ordered a few things, and the packaging showed up crushed. One of the boxes was bent up and looked like it had been tossed around a bit, actually, more than a bit. Luckily the products themselves were fine, but for the price, I expected everything to be packed more carefully. Not exactly the best first impression.

I ordered the size my baby usually wears, but the fit is just so weird!!! The sleeves are super tight, the body is really wide, and the snaps pull every time she moves around!! I even checked the size chart, so I have no idea what happened here!!! It’s cute, but the fit just did not work for us at all!! Disappointed!!!

I really wanted to like it because the stuff is cute, but for the price I just expected more. The quality didn’t really match what I paid, and honestly... I don’t think I’d buy again. Just didn’t feel like good value to me.

I tried ordering a few things and pretty much everything I actually wanted was marked sold out. The one item that did let me check out got cancelled two days later because it apparently wasn’t available after all, which was really frustrating when the site made it look like I could buy it.

I checked back a couple more times and the stock barely seemed to change. Maybe I got unlucky, but based on this one experience, it feels like they just don’t keep their inventory updated very well. I wasted enough time on it and probably won’t bother trying again.

The stuff is cute, which is why I ordered in the first place, but I kind of regret it now because I had to waste time getting it sorted out. The order accuracy just wasn’t good in my case...

The site just felt clunky. Pages took a while to load, and checkout wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been. They use a lot of smooth-sounding wording like everything is simple and seamless, but it really didn’t feel that way when I was actually trying to buy something

I was really hoping this would be cozy, but it felt rough to the touch and just wasn’t comfortable. My baby kept fussing all night, and I felt so bad watching them struggle to settle down.

I really wanted to like the experience because the site has a lot of cute things, like little gifts, accessories, home bits, and random fun stuff you end up adding to your cart. But customer service was frustrating. I messaged them about my order and then just waited, and waited, and checked my email, and checked my spam folder, and refreshed the tracking page, and still nothing for days.
When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt like one of those replies where they skimmed the first line and missed the actual issue, like if you ask about delivery and they answer about payment, or you ask where your package is and they send a generic policy link. I had to keep following up, which got old fast. The products are cute, sure, but if something goes wrong, getting help feels like a whole separate project

I’m the type who always checks labels because my sister has had bad reactions to certain materials, so I was hoping the safety info would be a little clearer. It made me feel a bit uneasy not knowing exactly what I was dealing with...

It looked really cute online, but when it arrived, the packaging felt a bit cheap for a gift. I was expecting a nicer presentation, so I ended up feeling kinda disappointed with the whole thing.

For some reason, my baby chewed on it for a little while but still cried most of the night. I was really hoping it would soothe the teething pain, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference for us.

I was really hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. Some of the stuff they had was nice, so it’s not like it was awful, but a lot of what I wanted either wasn’t available or only came in a couple colors. I kind of liked browsing it, but also left feeling disappointed
